    Coed T-ball Children will learn basic baseball and softball skills such as throwing, catching and batting, in a fun and supportive environment. Ages 4-5 Coed Modified T-ball Children will learn basic baseball and softball skills such as throwing, catching and batting, in a fun and supportive environment. Coaches will have the option to pitch an underhand pitch to the players, use a tee, or a combination of the two. Ages 5-6 Girls Slow Pitch Softball (Coach Pitch) Participants will develop softball skills in a safe and fun environment. Coaches will pitch an underhanded ball, teaching players to hit a live ball. Ages 7-8, 9-11 or 12-14 Boys Coach Pitch Baseball Participants will learn the fundamentals of baseball in a fun and safe environment. Coaches will throw a modified overhand pitch to help players learn to hit a live ball Ages 7-8, 9-11 or 12-14

  2. Traditions Tang Soo Do

    This class teaches self-confidence, builds self-esteem and improves balance, while establishing discipline and courtesy towards others. Participants will learn age appropriate self-defense and weapons training. These classes are non-violent; sparring is optional. Clothing and Equipment Beginning students should wear loose fitting clothing, such as sweat pants and a t-shirt. No jewelry or watches during class. A mouth guard when sparring and a groin protector cup (males) are recommended.

    Youth Tennis 101 teaches the basic concepts and strokes of the game quickly and easily in a fun, family-friendly, active & encouraging group environment. Classes will take place on multiple courts with instructors trained and provided by Idaho Tennis Association. Ages 6-14
