Update on City of Nampa offices reopening

While continuing to provide remote services throughout recent months, in response to the decreasing COVID-19 cases, the City of Nampa would like to announce the following updates:

  • Nampa City Hall will open to the public beginning Monday, February 1. The Clerk’s office, located within Nampa City Hall at 411 3rd St. S., will continue processing passports by appointment only at cityofnampa.us/passports; processing passports by appointment will continue into the foreseeable future. The Clerk’s office will assist customers with license and permit applications in person, by visiting https://cityofnampa.us/143/City-Clerk or calling (208) 468-5415.
  •  Nampa’s utility billing office (401 3rd St S.) will resume normal office hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. beginning Monday, February 1. Customers are encouraged to make payments using touchless options: online, over the phone (208-468-5711), through the mail or at our drop box located in our parking lot near 4th Street. Customers can also email questions to utility@cityofnampa.us. The Nampa Shares & Cares program is available to help customers who need utility billing assistance and meet income limits, and more information can be found at https://cityofnampa.us/1267/Nampa-Shares-Cares.
  •  Nampa’s Development Services Building (500 12th Ave. S.) is anticipated to reopen to the public Tuesday, February 16. All services remain available via appointment and online through individual departments.

Health reminder: For the health and safety of our staff and the entire community, we ask that anyone visiting City of Nampa offices in person wear face coverings, and asks customers to only visit our facilities if they are healthy; if customers are feeling sick (experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc.), are awaiting COVID-19 test results or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive or awaiting test results, please allow us to assist you remotely.
