Applications sought for Nampa Golf Commission

City of Nampa Boards & Commissions

Nampa Mayor Debbie Kling is seeking applications to fill two vacancies on the Nampa Golf Commission. 

One board opening, specific to Ridgecrest Golf Club, will serve two years, ending February 28, 2023 and the other is for a general opening to serve a five-year term, ending February 28, 2026. Board meetings are typically held the third Tuesday of each month at Nampa City Hall; however, virtual options are currently available. 

The Nampa Golf Commission is responsible for directing and managing the affairs of the two city-owned golf courses, Centennial Golf Course and Ridgecrest Golf Club.

Applications are currently being accepted through January 17, 2021. Interested individuals are encouraged to download the application form at and submit a letter of interest expressing reasons why they would like to serve via email to Chief of Staff Rick Hogaboam at or deliver/mail to Nampa City Hall at 411 3rd Street South, Nampa, Idaho 83651.

After being appointed by Mayor Kling and confirmed by the Nampa City Council, the appointee will begin serving March 1, 2021.
