Nampa City Council Opening – deadline to apply is Jan. 6 by 5 p.m.: Current Councilman Rick Hogaboam has been named the City of Nampa’s new chief of staff and his last council meeting will be Jan. 6, 2020. Citizens interested in serving are encouraged to submit a letter and resume outlining their qualifications and community involvement with completed application to firstname.lastname@example.org by January 6, 2020 at 5 p.m. While we have received a number of qualified applicants, we welcome any further submissions. An appointment is anticipated to be recommended to Nampa City Council for approval by the February 3, 2020 meeting. The remaining term on the soon-to-be vacant council seat expires January of 2022.Boards and commissions openings:
Applicants will for boards and commissions will be interviewed by their respective committee and will provide their recommendation to Mayor Kling. The recommended applicant will be confirmed by the Nampa City Council.
