The Nampa Public Library will kick off extended hours on Oct. 31 with Halloween at the Library, an event for the entire family. Downtown trick-or-treating will occur between 3-5 p.m., and Halloween activities will take place at the Library from 5:30-8 p.m.
Halloween activities will include crafts, movies, an escape room, bean bag toss and much more!
“We are so pleased the Nampa Public Library will be offering extended hours to our patrons beginning October 31. These longer hours will enable customers more flexibility and convenience in accessing our facility,” said Peggy Shaver, Library Board Chair, speaking on behalf of the Library Board of Trustees.
The new schedule consists of five additional open hours each week. The new hours will be as follows:
Monday-Thursday: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
