12.08.2020 // The utility billing office is only open on Wednesdays and Thursdays 8:30am- 5:00pm to limit the exposure to COVID-19 from Monday December 14, 2020 until January 11, 2021. Utility billing staff will continue to be in the office to answer any billing questions that may arise by phone and payments will continue to be accepted in our drop box on 4th St., via Done Editingmail, and electronically using the city website at https://www.cityofnampa.us/eservices. We will check the drop box several times a day and we ask that you DO NOT pay in cash when using the drop box. Please call (208) 468-5711 for questions or to make payments over the phone.

11.19.2020 // Nampa City Hall will be closed to the public beginning Friday, November 20 and operating by appointment for a minimum of two weeks, depending on our community COVID-19 status. All departments continue to serve residents and customers through online services, phone and email communication.
