Mission


To provide technical and operational support to the City’s many facilities through value added services. These services will assist in the development of preventative maintenance programs for our buildings, tap the expertise of our many professional trade’s people in the development and oversight of the City's many construction projects, and provide quality custodial services to those Departments who seek to participate in our in-house program. We do these things while continually striving to improve long term facilities planning, search for opportunities in energy efficiency in the operation of our facilities and improve environmental health of the spaces shared by our employees and Nampa’s citizens.
