The Nampa Public Library will host award-winning storyteller, Christopher Leebrick, Thurs., June 28 at 2:00 p.m. Experience the “music” of words and language with tales of heroes, heroines, tricksters and more. Leebrick often enhances his shows with instruments such as the harmonica, cedar flute, tambourine and even the kazoo! Fun for all ages!

Leebrick has dazzled audiences with his remarkable storytelling ability since he was just thirteen years old. He has shared stories across the United States at schools, libraries, theaters, concert halls and campfires. In past years he has performed in the Ozark mountains of Arkansas, the St. Louis Storytelling Festival, the Australian National Storytelling Festival, at an ancient Roman theater in France and in Israel. All three of his CD’s have won national Storytelling World awards.
